ORGAN FUNDRAISING APPEAL

We are appealing to all members and friends of All Saints' Eglantine to support as generously as you can.

To preserve our precious musical culture and heritage, and by necessity, the Rector and Select Vestry have agreed to the rebuilding and refurbishment of our ageing and failing Pipe Organ. As a result, we will end up with an instrument built to modern day standards, retaining sound integrity plus some additional benefits and features.

Exactly one hundred years ago the All Saints' parishioners and friends came together and by their divine inspiration and generous donations installed the Pipe Organ in memory of Mary Mulholland. Several generations of parishioners have taken great pleasure and derived great value in church worship since. 100 years' worth of Sunday services, weddings, funerals and special events. What an amazing gift and legacy to leave.

Work has already started with a view to have the reinstallation ready for our 150th anniversary celebrations in 2025. The cost of the project is estimated at £100,000 plus V.A.T. We expect to be able to reclaim the V.A.T. amount which leaves us needing to raise £100,000.

It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to leave a legacy for the future in All Saints'. What will be established secures the musical tradition that we can continue to enjoy and hand down to future generations just as the blessing was bestowed on us.
